Let it Out to Let It In

Hello World!

If you’re here, we’ve likely already met. My name is Ashley, and I’ve been on this meandering road of self discovery and self actualization for what feels like lifetimes.

The road is paved with lessons in self destruction, chaotic demolition, forced reconstruction, storytelling scars, healing tears and laughter, ugly truths, beautiful possibilities, synchronistic mirrors of clandestine intelligence and cyclic rhythms of life projected by entities of cosmic and astral influence, which have led me to some profound and at times gentle humblings, compassionate understandings, and surprising power stories.

The culmination of the aforementioned has led me here.

In pursuit of my Personal Legend, here are several goals I hope to achieve through launching this website:

  • Maintain connection with the voice of my heart. (Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist)
  • Share beauty, creativity, and truth because generosity benefits all.
  • For love, compassion, and kindness to become the impulse behind all that I do. (Colette Baron-Reid)
  • Embrace vulnerability and admit where/how I’m still growing.
  • Celebrate courage, resolution, and intentional change.
  • Consistent practice the 4 Agreements. (Be impeccable with my word, Don’t make assumptions, Don’t take anything personally, Always do my best. – Don Miguel Ruiz)
  • Archive Life’s teachings and mantras.
  • Take stock of what is broken and what can be fixed. Sometimes creative problems require creative solutions.
  • Don’t compare – “I am that I am, and there is no one greater than me. I am joy, eternal, and divine, and will always be.” (Loragne, Self Mastery)
  • Remember the drops of oil in the spoon. (Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist)
  • Become an untethered soul who lands safely on the cosmic featherbed after leaping into the abyss, trusting that I am not only supported but Free. (Michael Singer, The Untethered Soul)
  • Don’t half-murder my thoughts upon their speaking. (Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet)
  • Treat people the way I want to be treated, and be just as open to receiving love as I am to giving it.
  • Create a nonjudgmental online space for people who share a sincere interest in understanding themselves and outgrowing survival patterns.
  • Live/Eat/Breathe/Sleep as the Hero of my story – the best version of myself.
  • Make the world a little warmer.
